This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our Site. It does not apply to information collected offline (such as in our restaurants), through telephone interactions, or through services operated by third parties (such as third-party online ordering, reservation, or catering platforms — see Third-Party Services below). It also does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control.

• Make a reservation through embedded tools — name, contact info, party size, and date/time, which is shared with our reservation partner.
• Make a catering deposit payment — payment details processed by a secure third-party payment provider (we do not store credit card numbers on our Site).

When you click an "Order Online" or "Make a Reservation" link on our Site, you may be directed to a third-party website or subdomain. The data you provide on those sites is governed by their privacy policies, not ours. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply our endorsement.

Email Marketing & Babbo Insiders

If you subscribe to Babbo Insiders, we'll occasionally send you emails about specials, seasonal menus, events, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Once you unsubscribe, we'll stop sending marketing emails to you, though we may still send transactional messages (such as catering quote follow-ups or reservation confirmations) in response to your specific requests.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently. As noted above, we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, plus any additional period required by law (for example, tax records, employment records, and dispute resolution requirements). Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Job application materials may be retained for future hiring consideration. Catering and event records are retained as needed for business operations and legal/tax compliance. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Babbo operates in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
